ONE STEP EVERY DAY

Onestep is a revolutionary product and company seeking to fundamentally change physical therapy as we know it. Onestep helps and motivates patients going through physical recovery, with cutting-edge science and physical therapists available 24/7. This allows patients to measure their physical therapy progress and receive meaningful, easy to understand feedback, using only a smartphone.

Following a recent expansion in the US, Onestep wanted to elevate their visual expression and digital design in order to strengthen their position on the market.

Løsning

We were responsible for building Onestep’s new brand identity along with brand strategy, and digital product design. The idea behind the brand identity is the creative concept “The Journey”, describing the way through recovery with enthusiasm, optimism and thoughtfulness. The concept highlights and celebrates patients’ continuous development from point A to point B, and the small steps and big milestones along the way. Going from painful to pain free is a journey that sometimes goes upwards and sometimes goes downwards, but as long as you keep on going, you’re on the right track. The concept can be seen throughout the visual identity, from the logotype to the layout and tone of voice. The concept is expressed through tactile and abstract hand-made illustrations, creating an emotional and personal layer to Onestep’s brand and digital product.

Resultat

The redesign has resultet in a dramatic increase in users and especially a huge increase in users coming back to the app after first time use.
